Organization of the Manuscript
The manuscript should be organized in the following order:
Materials and Methods
Results and Discussion
Appendices (if any)
Apart from the title page, which must be separated page, all other section should run concurrently.
The title page should contain only the title of the paper, name(s) and address(es) of author(s). The corresponding author should preferably be the first author. The title of the paper should not exceed 18 words. The surname(s) of author(s) should follow the initial(s)
The abstract should not exceed 250 words. It should include 3 to 6 keywords, which describe the work. The name(s) of author(s) is/are not required on this page.
The introduction should contain recent or current literature review related to the work and clearly justify the need for the study.
Materials and Methods
This should be clear enough to enable readers to interpret the results and also repeat the experiment elsewhere. Particular attention should be paid to experimental design, equipment description (depending on the type of paper), analysis and statistical methods.
Results obtained should be logically presented. It should be concise. Avoid duplicating information already in Tables or figures.
This section may be combined with the results to read Results and Discussion. It should indicate clearly the significance and implications of the results obtained. Inferences and opinions should be distinguished from facts and should not duplicate results except to introduce or clarify points. Reference should be made to published literature.
Financial contributors, pre-paper reviewers, etc should be acknowledged.
The Havard system of referencing must be used in the text. For example Ayodeji (2019) for single author, Oguntunde and Akintunde (2019) for double authors and Akintunde et al. (2019) for more than two authors. All references cited must be arranged alphabetically in the list of references. References to two or more papers published in the same year by same author(s) should be distinguished by appending alphabets e.g. Ayodeji (2019a, 2019b) or , Oguntunde and Akintunde (2019a and b). The format of listing references should be as follows:
